Tales of Arise has been recently launched and here is a list with bugs and windows errors that can be fixed imediatly!

No sound Solution

Tales of Arise no sound issue - no audio - no sound in game - no sound after game is launching - ToA no sound solution for windows.

To fix Tales of Arise no sound issue, first download and install (re-install / overwrite) directx pack from here and your issue should be fixed (90+ % procentage consider this as a fix) but is very important to re-install it.

ToA gamepad issue, Tales of Arise controller is not working, controller is not detected by the system or steering wheel not working - steering wheel issues. All these issues can be fixed if you download this gamepad emulator to game folder, then run it and be sure that your gamepad is detected and all settings will be downloaded and uploaded to your game folder. Possible LOCATIONS are:

Tales of Arise Gamepad emu file must be in : DRIVE:\Tales of Arise\ (Tales of Arise.exe should be in that folder)

Example 2: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\Tales of Arise\ To work proper, (Tales of Arise.exe) should be there!!!

D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\Tales of Arise\Tales of Arise.exe\ (exe file location)

ToA gamepad not working issue can be fixed with the emulator from above, very easy.

Fix msvcr100.dll msvcp100.dll and all msv....dll errors

Tales of Arise The program can`t start because msvcp100.dll is missing from your ToA computer. Try reinstalling the game to fix this problem.

Tales of Arise msvcr100.dll, Tales of Arise msvcp100.dll or Tales of Arise msvcp110.dll, Tales of Arise msvcr110.dll, Tales of Arise msvcr120.dll, Tales of Arise msvcp120.dll, mfc100.dll, msvcrt20.dll, msvcp90.dll, msvcrt40.dll all these errors can be fixed by download and installing some vcredists from here.

Now working ? Then you should uninstall all vcredists from 05` to 17` and clean residual files then install all versions again and fix game can`t start issue

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.

All these errors can be fixed by installing gaming framework from here and java from here.

ToA The program can't start because D3Dcompiler_46.dll is missing from your ToA computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

ToA: The program can't start because d3ddx11_42.dll is missing from your ToA computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

All these problems can be fixed by installing vcredist pack from here and if IS NOT WORKING, you have to uninstall all versions and install all back with a special software that can clean residual garbage and registry leftovers!!

Tales of Arise.exe crash to desktop solution

Tales of Arise.exe has stopped working. Windows can check online for a solution to the problem. Check online for a solution and close the program.

1. Be sure that your system is clean and have no residual files or registry with this software

2. Download and install actualy re-install directx from here

3. Re-install or install if you don`t have vcredists installed (all from 2005 to 2017) from here

4. Try to re-install game or / and windows.

All these errors can be fixed if you follow those 3 steps:

The application was unable to start correctly ToA GFSDK_SSAO.win64.dll. Click OK to close the application.

GFSDK_HairWorks.win64.dll. Click OK to close the application, ToA gfsdk_ssao_d3d11.win64.dll, gfsdk_txaa.win64.dll. The program can`t start because ToA bink2w64.dll is missing from your ToA computer. ToA ApexFrameworkPROFILE_x64.dll is missing from your ToA computer.

ToA gameplay frames per second can be tweaked with the latest graphics driver. So learn how to update your video graphics from here for AMD and from here for Nvidia, or do as you know best.
