The Outer Worlds has been recently launched and here is a list with bugs and windows errors that can be fixed imediatly!

No sound Solution

The Outer Worlds no sound issue - no audio - no sound in game - no sound after game is launching - ToW no sound solution for windows.

To fix The Outer Worlds no sound issue, first download and install (re-install / overwrite) directx pack from here and your issue should be fixed (90+ % procentage consider this as a fix) but is very important to re-install it.

Gamepad not working Solution

gamepad issue, The Outer Worlds The Outer Worlds controller is not working, The Outer Worlds controller is not detected by the system or steering wheel not working - steering wheel issues. All these issues can be fixed if you download this gamepad emulator to game folder, then run it and be sure that your gamepad is detected and all settings will be downloaded and uploaded to your game folder. Possible LOCATIONS are:

The Outer Worlds Gamepad emu file must be in : DRIVE:\The Outer Worlds\ (TheOuterWorlds.exe should be in that folder)

Example 2: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\The Outer Worlds To work proper, (TheOuterWorlds.exe) should be there!!!

D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\The Outer Worlds\TheOuterWorlds.exe\ (exe file location)

ToW gamepad not working issue can be fixed with the emulator from above, very easy.

Fix msvcr100.dll msvcp100.dll and all msv....dll errors

The Outer Worlds The program can`t start because msvcp100.dll is missing from your ToW computer. Try reinstalling the game to fix this problem.

ToW The program can't start because D3Dcompiler_46.dll is missing from your ToW computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

ToW: The program can't start because d3ddx11_42.dll is missing from your ToW computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

All these problems can be fixed by installing vcredist pack from here and if IS NOT WORKING, you have to uninstall all versions and install all back with a special software that can clean residual garbage and registry leftovers!!

The Outer Worlds has stopped working or is not responding - Crash

TheOuterWorlds.exe has stopped working. Windows can check online for a solution to the problem. Check online for a solution and close the program.

GFSDK_HairWorks.win64.dll. Click OK to close the application, ToW gfsdk_ssao_d3d11.win64.dll, gfsdk_txaa.win64.dll. The program can`t start because ToW bink2w64.dll is missing from your ToW computer. ToW ApexFrameworkPROFILE_x64.dll is missing from your ToW computer.
